1. What is the cancellation policy?
Here is the Cancellation/Rescheduling/Modification Policy of Tonkin Heritage Express:
- More than 45 days prior to departure: a fee of 35% of the total ticket value will be applied
- 30-44 days prior to departure a fee: of 70% of the total ticket value will be applied
- 29 days prior to departure: 100% of the total ticket value will be charged
- No-show on the day of departure: 100% of the total ticket value will be charged
2. What is included in the cabin?
Each cabin includes mineral water, local artisan candies, traditional Vietnamese snacks, seasonal fresh fruits, and amenity kits such as a comb, earplugs, biodegradable cups, slippers, and tissues. Additionally, each passenger enjoys a welcome drink with Vietnamese-style corn snacks at the VIP lounge.
3. What kind of dinner is served at the lounge in Lao Cai and at what time?
Dinner is served from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM and follows an à la carte menu featuring both Vietnamese and Western dishes. Vegetarian and religious dietary preferences can be accommodated.
4. Can a family of three book an H’Mong room?
The H’Mong room is designed for 2 adults and 1 child under 5 years old. A sofa bed can be added for a third guest upon request, with an additional charge.
5. Are dinner and breakfast at the Lao Cai lounge included?
No, meals at the Lao Cai lounge are not included in the ticket price. Both dinner and breakfast must be booked at least 12 hours in advance and are charged separately.
6. Can a group of 4 book an Indigo room?
