Muong Hoa River and Ta Van Giay Village

Lao Cai is an area with unique and beautiful terrace paddy field. It is the harmonious blend of forest, rice field, vegetation and river that makes the nature here so poetic and scenic. The 1 day trip will start when you meet with the local guide at your hotel. He will lead you to the Muong Hoa River. On the way there, there are plenty of chances to take photos of the beautiful scenery. When you reach the location, the local will tell you the process of rice making, bringing it from the paddy field to the table. Then you will walk along the mountainous trails to the local village of Lao Chai of the H’mong people and Ta Van Giang village of the Red Dao. This is a great chance to talk and interact with the locals, listening to their stories. Lunch with the locals will be provided so you can have more chance to know about their cultures. Vehicles will pick you up in the late afternoon to go back to your hotel, ending a wonderful day of exploration.
