Hoang Lien Son Mountain trek

Being the tallest mountain in Vietnam, Hoang Lien Mountain proves to be very strenuous for some. However, there is a short 1 day trip that requires certain physical workout but will not wear you out so much. The one day trip on Hoang Lien Mountain will start in the morning when you are picked up by the local guide and the vehicles to go to Suoi Ho village.

The name of the village stem from the fact that there is a system of streams meandering around the hills, forming a scenic place. You can see around the area, beside the houses of the H’mong, the tea tree plantation and fruits. This place is also the root of Hoang Lien Mountain. Climbing Hoang Lien mountain will excite all your senses from the smell of fresh air, to the melody of waterfalls pouring down from a far to the beautiful color of vegetation around you. You will get to see plenty of exquisite and bizarre types of trees in the mountain with an endless combination of shapes and sizes. After reaching the top, you will then go downhill a little to Cat Cat village to visit their arts and crafts houses as well as interacting with the locals. Lunch will then be provided in a beautiful location with the sound of allured waterfall afar. In the afternoon, you will trek down a little to Y Linh Ho village to see the lives of the people here before heading to the main road, where the vehicle is waited for you.
